Altering your living or workspace might seem silly to some. However, with just a few tweaks you might change the course of your life. As your consultant my goal is to help you create a space that serves as your sanctuary. It could be a work sanctuary or one for your home life. I want you to feel uplifted when you step into this space. I want you to feel as though life is easy there because of how efficient everything is set up. It is also important that you feel calm, safe, and comfortable. I want you to look around your space and actually be in love with everything you set your gaze upon. I want to level up your overall sense of wellbeing. I call this therapy level organizing.

To fully assess the health of your space we will examine how every one of your senses is stimulated. We might talk about feelings, sensations, and energies.

First we’ll discuss how your house smells and go on from there. Is it dark in your house during the day? Are doorways and walkways blocked? How are the colors in your home making you feel? We’ll decide if the images in your home are aiding or hindering the vision you have for your life.

Not your average designer

I do design different. Beyond the design aspects I already mentioned, there is one more element I offer that is perhaps unique. I am a claustrophobic HSP (genetic trait of 20% of the population). This means I see and feel space differently than most, causing me to design in a way that creates the most spacious feeling. Every time one of my clients feels this change occur in their space I always see the same facial expression – it is the look of wonder and amazement. This is why I do what I do. They all tell me I have performed a miracle.

I am now offering online consultations. You are going to walk me around your house or office and I’m going to tell you how to start your upgrade immediately. I’ll take notes while we go through the space, and send you the step by step plan. Are you ready to level up? Schedule your consultation here.

Stay up to date on all of my offerings, there is always something for everyone, sign up for my occasional newsletter here.

When I am asked “what do you do?,” sometimes I am not sure what to say because I “do” many things. I teach and consult on a variety of topics. I also redesign and organize peoples homes and businesses. I’ve narrowed my expertise to three main “categories” – women’s health during the childbearing year, home sanctuary design and teaching heirloom memoir workshops. What do these topics all have in common? At first it might not seem obvious, and many find my work elusive. So I decided to give a simple explanation of how I see all of my work as a single cohesive unit.

My goal is to bring more happiness to alI families and help them step into sacred living. This means honoring self, family and community, celebrating rites of passage and encouraging a life filled with beauty. I take enormous amounts of information and condense it into easy digestible healing systems. I take healing modalities from across the globe and present them, ready made for a wide audience. What I teach are Human Truths – concepts and techniques that work regardless of your belief systems or cultural heritage.

My work offers information and guidance for individuals who aim to create a sacred family life.

Birth & Postpartum Health – Starting with the motherhood journey, my classes, workshops and consultations give women tools for relieving discomfort, healing, bonding with their babies, and creating a sense of wellness and calm. I teach women how to celebrate motherhood and create a sacred experience every step of the way.

Sanctuary Design – My work as a professional organizer goes way above and beyond an ordinary organizer. I offer therapy level organizing and help people design a sanctuary to live in, a space that HEALS in every sense of that word. I make sure all of your senses feel balanced and at peace in your space. I want you to have a home where your family can thrive, you feel comfortable, safe, it’s beautiful, clean, efficient and has that special cozy vibe that makes a house a home – Ha (sacred breath) – Om (sacred sound), because the space you live and work in will affect your emotions, functionality, production, efficiency and overall wellbeing.

Illustrated Heirloom Memoirs – Documenting the highlights of your life is also a form of therapy. It’s like journaling 2.0. I take students through very specific writing exercises and we play with different illustration techniques to create something special. The Illustrated Heirloom Memoir concept emerged after the passing of my mother. I realized there was so much I didn’t know about her. When you document your life and pass it on, it takes you on a journey of recollection. I’m helping you bring out your moments of joy, your lessons, your family heritage. This is something your family members will cherish.

All of my classes and services are now available online. Sign up for a class, workshop or consultation that fits your schedule. I look forward to meeting you. Blessings, Zoe

The post The Year of the Minimalist appeared first on Zoe Weston.

Year of the Minimalist, 2023. Have you ever wanted to be a minimalist, but weren’t sure where to start? If you’ve wanted to downsize, simplify, and gain clarity, now is your chance. I’ve created the 5 week Minimalist Sanctuary Healthy Home Challenge for everyone who is ready to take the leap into a healthier, easier, and more successful life. This is the fastest, easiest way to change and improve your life forever… scientists all agree!

Consumerism has always been a large part of our culture. Someone even coined the expression retail therapy, promoting the idea of mood enhancement through shopping. Of course the high of shopping for new stuff, lasts only hours or a day or two at most, then more shopping has to be done to maintain the high. Not only is this a false sense of joy, and expensive, but one often ends up with stuff they do not need. The stuff piles up in your home taking up space and energy. Instead of seeking temporary therapy through consuming and buying more stuff why not create a permanent sense of joy, peace and wellbeing through the art of minimalism.

Make 2023 the year you become a minimalist. Becoming a minimalist does not mean you have to live like a monk, get rid of all of your possessions, or not buy anything ever again. Instead you will be creating your sanctuary, a living space that only contains items related to your true essence and personal style.

Bring minimalism to the office.

Why not organize, downsize, and declutter all parts of your life? This challenge will help you at the office too. You can use all of the tips and tools from the challenge to streamline your office, helping you be more productive, efficient and in turn successful.

Being a minimalist makes traveling easier as well.

The more traveling I do, the more I realize I can survive with very little. My life becomes easier and more efficient while traveling with the bare essentials. It seems each time I travel I realize I’ve packed something that I never use. As I downsize my suitcase my travel experience becomes easier and certainly lighter.

Are you ready to make 2023 your best year yet? Take the 5 week challenge and step into a new and improved life. You won’t regret it. If you aren’t the do it yourself type, I offer in person or Skype consultations. Wishing you a wonderful holiday season, peace, love and joy… always!

What would a Utopian home be like? I imagine it would be beautiful, efficient, ergonomic, and designed with principles of feng shui. The home would have all of the latest, most advanced sustainability systems built in – solar windows/tiles/panels, water catchment and filtration, well water if possible, wind energy, geothermal, permaculture landscape, greenhouse, winter food storage, composting, advanced waste systems – methane, etc., all natural building materials (such as cob, superadobe, stone, tile, bamboo, wood, glass), high tech entertainment and security systems, sacred geometric design for efficiency and beauty, use most advanced principles of light, color, scent and nature for the healthiest and most comfortable living space. All of these technologies exist, and it is my greatest wish to not only live in a home like this myself, but to live in a community, a city, a nation that aspires to living in harmony with nature. Imagine, for a moment what that kind of life would be like. Let’s start to explore how that transition can take place, first on a small scale with our homes and then branch out to businesses, and cities.
