Zoe Weston, CNA, CPT, Medical Anthropologist, is a certified Blue Therapist, hypnotherapist, yoga instructor, Brain Dance instructor, and water safety specialist (PADI Rescue Diver, BLS, CPR, AED certified). With over 20 years of professional experience and more than 30 years rejuvenating in Hawaii’s healing waters, she combines evidence-based practices with the restorative power of blue spaces to support deep emotional and physical wellness.
