Unite as a community in sacred circle. First Sunday of the month at 11am. Warm up with breath work, vocals and stretches (combination of Yoga, Tibetan, Taoist, ChiKung, & Brain Dancing) – $20, or 5 sessions for $80.
In addition to studying cultures from around the world, Zoe has 30 years of dance training including: ballet, jazz, tap, modern, African-Caribbean, all ballroom varieties including Latin dances, belly dance, hip hop, hula, brain dancing, birth dancing, and circle dances.
